Growth Marketing Specialist – MEA

About the role

iHerb is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist for the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region to drive paid media initiatives that acquire new customers and boost revenue. This full‑time position focuses on the end‑to‑end execution, optimization, and operational management of campaigns across key MEA markets.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, QA, launch, and monitor paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
• Manage day‑to‑day campaign operations, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget pacing, creative rotations, and tracking parameters.
• Analyze performance daily, identify issues related to spend, delivery, creative fatigue, and core KPIs (CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.).
• Support optimization efforts to meet goals for new‑customer acquisition, revenue, LTV, and contribution margin.
• Coordinate creative and localization workflows and maintain accurate reporting across markets.
