Growth & Proposals Manager – Infrastructure & Built Environment

About the role

KBR is seeking a Growth & Proposals Manager to lead end‑to‑end pursuit activities for infrastructure and built environment opportunities across the region, based in Abu Dhabi/Dubai with travel flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pursuit planning from qualification through submission, interview, negotiation and handover.
• Facilitate kickoffs, strategy sessions, storyboard reviews and proposal workshops.
• Develop and maintain pursuit plans, schedules, governance milestones and action logs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional contributors to deliver complete, accurate and timely submissions.
• Translate customer priorities and market insight into win strategies, value propositions and response strategies.
• Develop executive summaries and shape persuasive technical, management and commercial content.
• Support pricing strategy development and coordinate technical, commercial, financial and contractual inputs.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive benchmarking and price‑to‑win analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, marketing, communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least nine years of progressive experience in infrastructure, business development, sales, proposals, estimating or commercial management.
• Proven experience leading complex pursuits in infrastructure, transportation, EPC/EPCM, design‑build or major capital projects.
• Strong understanding of the full pursuit lifecycle and ability to coordinate cross‑functional work without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear, persuasive content.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet demanding deadlines and maintain high quality.
