About the role
Four Points by Sheraton is hiring a Guest Arrival Expert in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The role covers both guest arrivals and departures, guiding guests through their stay so that first impressions and goodbyes are memorable. The position is full-time, non-management and based at the hotel on King Faisal Street, Al Qasimia.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and handle guest requests during arrival and departure.
- Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
- Make transactions feel like part of the guest experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
- Stand, sit or walk for an extended period and perform hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds independently and heavier ones with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience required.
- Professional appearance and communication, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
