Guest Executive / Treatment Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Guest Executive / Treatment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients at our Dubai clinic. In this full‑time position you will ensure a smooth, premium experience for visitors while supporting doctors and the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, manage the appointment calendar and schedule patient visits efficiently.
• Welcome patients in person, over the phone and via digital channels (email, WhatsApp, website) and guide them through the clinic journey.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update clinical systems.
• Coordinate follow‑up appointments, recalls and post‑treatment communications.
• Handle patient enquiries, complaints and conflict resolution professionally.
• Support billing, invoicing, payments and petty‑cash tracking, including insurance processes.
• Ensure reception area cleanliness and presentation, contributing to a paper‑less administrative environment.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to meet KPIs and patient‑care standards.

Required profile

• Previous front‑of‑house or reception experience, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills in English; additional language is a plus.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
