About the role
Join Anantara’s Desert Islands Resort & Spa, a luxury brand rooted in Thai hospitality, to create warm and memorable arrivals for guests. You will be the face of the resort, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure a warm and memorable arrival experience.
- Assist guests with requests, inquiries, and special arrangements.
- Follow up on guest feedback and handle concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Build positive relationships with guests and anticipate their needs.
- Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance and ability to work well in a team.
