Guest Experience Host - Travel & Leisure

About the role

Accor Vacation Club is looking for a Guest Experience Host in Ras Al Khaimah to welcome owners and guests, give them information about local attractions and help generate sales appointments for the company's sales centres at its resorts and via livestream. The role is full time, morning shift, and requires availability for weekend and public holiday shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and register owners and guests
• Provide information on local area attractions
• Complete all department-related paperwork
• Use communication equipment such as telephones, facsimiles and computers
• Assist in the tour generation process so prospects meet the company's tour qualification specifications
• Meet guests face to face and generate sales appointments for the sales centres at the resorts and via livestream
• Build rapport with customers to deliver an exceptional experience
• Work closely with the resort operations team to ensure a smooth check-in process
• Clearly explain the benefits of travelling within Travel & Leisure's community
• Meet the targets and KPIs set by the business

Required profile

• Enthusiastic approach to customer service and enjoyment of meeting new people
• Availability for weekend and public holiday shifts
• Intermediate career level, 2 years of experience
