Guest Operations Attendant – Ain Dubai

About the role

The Guest Operations Attendant will be the first point of contact for visitors at Ain Dubai, welcoming them, assisting with ticket purchases and ensuring a smooth entry experience. You will provide accurate information about attractions, shows and facilities while maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage admissions and process ticket sales, upgrades and exchanges.
• Provide clear information on attractions, schedules, and amenities.
• Support queue management, ticket scanning and monitor boarding times.
• Handle cash and credit‑card transactions securely using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Assist with special events, promotions and guest activities.
• Follow safety procedures, report hazards and address guest concerns promptly.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of operational experience in a guest‑facing or hospitality role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
• Ticket scanning and processing.
• Cash handling and credit‑card transaction processing.
