About the role
Hilton is hiring a Guest Relations Agent for its hotel in Abu Dhabi Yas Island. The role goes beyond a simple check-in and check-out: it is about delivering memorable stays and spreading the warmth of hospitality to every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival, handle check-in, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials or bell service assistance
- Process check-outs by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and using the point-of-sale system accurately
- Answer guest questions with knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local area information
- Use up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximise room and service revenue
- Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns promptly and manage messages and communications
Required profile
- A passion for hospitality
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and accountability
- Focus on the present moment with urgency and discipline
