Guest Relations Agent

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton is hiring a Guest Relations Agent in Dubai (DIFC, off Sheikh Zayed Road) as a full-time, non-management position within Rooms & Guest Services Operations. The role goes beyond simple check-in and check-out: Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, from handling operational needs and guest requests to completing reports and sharing local highlights.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a memorable and unique guest experience across the stay
• Process operational needs and handle guest requests
• Complete reports and share information about the local area
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
• Uphold quality standards and keep a professional appearance and communication style
• Work on your feet and move around, lifting and carrying objects of 10 pounds or less without assistance

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required
• No license or certification required
