About the role
As a Guest Relations Agent you will ensure maximum guest satisfaction by personally recognizing and promptly attending to VIP guests from arrival through departure. You will guarantee that VIPs and loyalty members receive all entitled benefits and that repeat guests enjoy special recognition and service.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent written and spoken English.
- Fluency in an additional language.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Opera Property Management System (PMS) knowledge.
