Guest Relations Executive

About the role

The Guest Relations Executive will be the face of The Meydan Hotel, ensuring every guest – especially VIPs – enjoys a seamless and memorable stay from arrival to departure. This role blends front‑office operations with personalized service, requiring close coordination with multiple hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, address inquiries, and manage requests or complaints promptly.
• Block and prepare rooms for VIP arrivals according to their preferences.
• Prepare daily amenities requisitions, control costs, and verify that all Opera PMS traces are accurate.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Room Service, and Housekeeping for VIP transportation and amenity placement.
• Conduct physical checks of pre‑allocated VIP rooms and ensure welcome drinks, towels, and occasion setups are ready.
• Perform courtesy calls, prepare personalized letters (welcome, apology, group check‑in), and assist with daily front‑office operations as needed.
• Review and update future VIP bookings, ensuring status and preferences are correctly recorded.

Required profile

• Minimum High School graduate; Hotel Management degree or Front Office certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a five‑star hotel.
• Strong orientation toward customer service, highly organized, proactive, and able to maintain impeccable personal grooming.

Required skills

• Opera property management system (PMS) proficiency.
