About the role
Join the Hilton Hotels team as a Guest Service Agent and be the first smile guests see. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences while delivering memorable hospitality that brightens each guest’s stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, complete check‑in, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials or bell service assistance.
- Process departures by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and using the POS system accurately.
- Provide comprehensive information on hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions.
- Promote hotel amenities and up‑sell services to maximize revenue.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage communications effectively.
Required profile
- A passion for hospitality and spreading warmth.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
