Guest Service Agent

About the role

Join the front‑office team of a leading luxury hotel brand and deliver memorable experiences to guests. As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s five‑star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm, personalized welcome to all guests and anticipate their needs.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and document them accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food‑and‑beverage and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the hotel property management system.
• Adhere to grooming standards and present a polished, brand‑aligned appearance.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support hotel operations.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Professional demeanor with a keen eye for detail and a proactive, ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts based on hotel needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience using Opera PMS (hotel property management system).
