Guest Service Executive – Front Office

About the role

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is seeking a Guest Service Executive for its Front Office team. The role focuses on building strong relationships with repeat guests and VIPs, delivering personalized service, and contributing to the overall luxury experience of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with repeat guests and VIPs, recognizing loyalty and providing tailored service.
• Collect and analyse guest feedback, using insights to drive service improvements.
• Handle complex guest issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist in coordinating guest events and special occasions, exceeding expectations.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement and support best‑practice implementation.
• Promote hotel services and packages in a personalized manner.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or a related industry.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
