Guest Service Executive - Front Office

About the role

Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Jumeirah's founding property in Dubai, is looking for a Guest Service Executive for its Front Office. The role delivers personalized, luxury hospitality service to guests, handles their inquiries and reservations, and supports departmental service and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests, reflecting the highest luxury hospitality standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and reservations promptly and professionally, giving accurate information and seamless support.
• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate proactively with operational departments to improve the guest experience.
• Resolve guest concerns efficiently, follow up and recover service where required.
• Maintain accurate guest records and preferences to support personalized experiences and long-term loyalty.
• Support departmental service and quality objectives while complying with company policies and standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role in luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts or upscale leisure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest requests and service recovery.
• Passion for personalized guest experiences and high service standards.
• Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are highly desirable.
