About the role
Hyatt Regency Dubai is hiring a Guest Service Officer for its Fitness Centre and Spa. The role covers administration and customer service within the fitness centre, supporting class scheduling, supply inventory and guest and employee relations.
Key responsibilities
- Administration: schedule aerobics classes, help maintain the fitness centre's supply inventory and complete all necessary administrative forms.
- Customer service: provide professional, courteous and caring service to colleagues and visitors, handling guest and employee enquiries efficiently.
- Report complaints or problems that cannot be resolved immediately and follow up promptly.
- Maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
Required profile
- International certification in fitness or physical education.
- At least 2 years of work experience as a fitness instructor or fitness receptionist.
