About the role
As a Handover Specialist for BYD within Al‑Futtaim Electric Mobility, you will be the primary point of contact for customers receiving their new electric vehicles. You will ensure a seamless, educational handover experience that prepares owners for the journey ahead.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer expectations and coordinate smooth, timely vehicle handovers.
- Prepare vehicles to BYD standards and deliver personalized demonstrations of key features and electric‑mobility considerations.
- Welcome showroom visitors, record visit reasons and connect them with the appropriate team members.
- Support the sales team with test drives and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of BYD products and industry developments.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of automotive retail experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong customer service, presentation, negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Fluent English; Arabic is desirable.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
