Head Bartender / Bar Supervisor

About the role

Rosy Hospitality Group runs feel-great restaurants in Dubai, including CQ French Brasserie, and is looking for a Bar Supervisor to lead the bar at CQ French Brasserie. The role oversees daily bar operations, inspires a talented team and helps shape a beverage program that reflects creativity, quality and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the bar team and ensure smooth, efficient daily operations
• Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness and consistency
• Lead by example behind the bar: craft drinks, engage guests and manage flow
• Monitor inventory, order supplies and manage stock control
• Train and mentor bartenders on service, product knowledge and cocktail execution
• Collaborate with management on seasonal menus, promotions and bar events
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and responsible alcohol service policies

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior bartender or bar supervisor in a premium hospitality setting
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, team-focused approach
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make smart decisions on the fly
• Impeccable grooming, communication and guest interaction skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service preferred

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails and mixology techniques
• Stock control and inventory monitoring
