Head of Aftersales

About the role

The Head of Aftersales will lead the Aftersales, Parts, Warranty and Technical teams, working closely with the Executive Vice President to align service and parts operations strategically. The role is accountable for achieving net sales and profit targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence across the service network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute national aftersales strategies, including EV services, to grow revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage overall service operations for insurance, fleet and retail customers, ensuring profitability and compliance with ESMA standards.
• Oversee parts warehouse operations, warranty administration, and claims management while coordinating with marketing for service campaigns.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of aftersales professionals, ensuring training, performance monitoring and alignment with cross‑functional initiatives.
• Analyze data to inform strategy, control budgets, and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Master’s in Business Administration (preferred) or Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in automobile dealer service, warranty, technical and parts operations.
• At least 10 years in a senior managerial role with proven P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
