Head of Appearance

About the role

The Head of Appearance will lead the Appearance Department, ensuring efficient processes, cost optimisation and alignment with senior management goals. You will manage people, stock continuity and visual standards across assigned studios.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Appearance Department and ensure tasks meet company objectives.
• Analyse team performance, take corrective actions and coach managers and team leaders.
• Lead appearance‑related projects with a focus on cost efficiency and visual quality.
• Review and improve workflows, including digital stock management, and approve new procedures.
• Report weekly stock levels, consumption and KPI‑driven results to senior management.
• Manage the department budget, drive cost‑saving initiatives and negotiate with suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent appearance standards.
