Head of Care Delivery – Expert Consultant (Remote)

About the role

Ethos is seeking an experienced Head of Care Delivery to work remotely as an expert consultant. You will train a cutting‑edge language model on professional healthcare documentation, spreadsheets, and slide decks, focusing on core hospital workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks covering patient throughput, bed utilization, and care pathway redesign.
• Develop service line performance dashboards, payer contract analysis decks, and staffing ratio optimization models.
• Produce quality and patient safety improvement reports for hospital executives.
• Collaborate with the AI lab to ensure outputs meet professional standards and real‑world applicability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in hospital operations, health‑system consulting, or care‑delivery redesign.
• Direct ownership of patient throughput and service‑line performance projects, with experience briefing senior leadership.
