Head of Finance – Arabic Speaking – Healthcare

About the role

HealthHub, a division of Al-Futtaim Group, is looking for an experienced Head of Finance who is fluent in Arabic and English and has deep expertise in healthcare finance. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will shape financial strategy, drive performance and support growth across multiple healthcare entities in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning.
• Oversee monthly management reporting and financial performance analysis.
• Conduct business performance reviews, identify risks, opportunities and cost‑optimisation measures.
• Develop financial models and feasibility studies for new clinics, expansions and investments.
• Support M&A, due‑diligence and investment activities, including business case evaluation.
• Ensure robust financial governance, internal controls and compliance across the division.
• Manage group reporting, audit, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with executive leadership to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Develop SOPs, delegations of authority and financial policies to drive operational excellence.
• Build and lead a high‑performing finance team across multiple entities.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics or healthcare groups).
• Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• 10–15+ years of finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Experience managing multi‑entity or group‑level finance operations.
• Highly desirable: exposure to M&A, due‑diligence and integration projects.
