Head of Financial Controlling EMEA

About the role

The Head of Financial Controlling EMEA will lead the financial oversight and strategic partnership for the EMEA region within Make Up For Ever, part of the LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics division. Reporting to the EMEA General Manager, you will drive financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring to support commercial decisions and business transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the EMEA General Manager to provide financial analysis, projections and recommendations for strategic and commercial decisions.
• Monitor performance against budget and long‑term targets, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and optimise costs.
• Lead the financial dimension of business transformation projects and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams across MEA and Europe to build budgets, business models, scenarios and risk assessments.
• Drive a comprehensive view of EMEA performance across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Lead planning, forecasting and budgeting processes, challenge assumptions and analyse key variances.
• Oversee financial controlling activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency across the region.
• Strengthen controlling practices and create synergies between MEA and Europe, harmonising processes and ways of working.
