About the role
A leading luxury real estate developer is looking for an experienced Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance to set up and lead its GRC function during a period of growth. Working closely with executive leadership, the role shapes governance frameworks, strengthens enterprise risk management and drives regulatory compliance across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead the GRC function
- Develop governance and risk frameworks
- Oversee regulatory compliance
- Report to executive leadership and Board committees
- Promote best practice across the organisation
Required profile
- 10+ years' experience
- Governance, risk and compliance expertise
- Leadership experience within a large organisation
- Legal qualification preferred
