Head of Healthcare Finance

About the role

HealthHub, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Head of Healthcare Finance to lead financial performance, strategic planning, and commercial finance for its expanding network of outpatient clinics, diagnostic services, and future hospital projects. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role partners closely with operational and clinical leaders to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial performance across clinics and healthcare business units.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Monitor physician productivity, revenue trends, patient volumes, service‑line performance and payer mix.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial and operational outcomes.
• Support business growth and service‑development initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range financial planning processes.

Required profile

• Significant senior finance leadership experience within hospitals, healthcare groups, clinic networks or similar providers.
• Proven ability to work with executives, physicians and operational leaders.
• Commercially focused with a deep understanding of healthcare service delivery.
