About the role
Our client is a fast‑growing UAE‑based organisation operating across multiple business lines with a workforce spanning white‑ and blue‑collar segments. The business is professionalising its people function to support scale and sustainability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end HR agenda, including talent acquisition, organisational design, performance management and employee engagement.
- Partner with executive leadership to build leadership pipelines and succession frameworks.
- Standardise HR policies, ensure labour compliance and align culture across business units.
- Oversee compensation structures, learning initiatives and workforce planning.
- Provide strategic HR advisory while remaining operationally grounded.
Required profile
- Senior HR leadership experience in fast‑growing or multi‑entity organisations.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR governance.
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
- Experience building HR structures from semi‑formal to mature organisations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence.
