Head of Legal - Outsourcing & Offshoring

About the role

A leading Outsourcing & Offshoring Consulting firm is looking for a Head of Legal based in Dubai to lead its legal function and give strategic guidance across its regional operations. The role advises senior leadership on commercial decisions and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee legal matters across the business and advise senior leadership on commercial decisions
• Manage complex commercial and corporate contracts
• Guide the business on labour and employment matters across the GCC
• Navigate regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including the UAE and Saudi Arabia

Required profile

• 15+ years of legal experience, with significant senior-level or in-house exposure
• Demonstrated expertise in GCC labour and employment laws
• Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate contract law
• Experience managing complex legal matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Ability to advise senior leadership on legal risks and commercial decisions
• Experience in outsourcing, offshoring or business services is preferred
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
