About the role
LUDGATE Search is seeking senior asset‑management distribution leaders and advisers to shape and build an Asset Manager’s Middle East franchise. The mandate includes defining regional strategy, cultivating allocator relationships and driving asset‑raising growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional distribution strategy for the Middle East.
- Develop and deepen relationships with key fund allocators and C‑suite decision‑makers.
- Lead business development activities to raise assets, win mandates and establish a lasting franchise.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in asset‑management distribution, asset raising or senior allocator engagement.
- Demonstrated track record with long‑only equity strategies.
- Deep knowledge of the Middle East investment landscape and an established network of decision‑makers.
- Commercial drive, sound judgment and an entrepreneurial mindset to build a regional business.
