Head of Strategic Accounts & Contract Performance

About the role

The Head of Strategic Accounts & Contract Performance will act as the commercial owner of ADA's strategic customer portfolio, overseeing the full post‑award contract lifecycle. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive contract performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth while safeguarding commercial interests.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic customer relationships after contract award.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans and lead executive‑level business reviews.
• Serve as commercial custodian of contracts, managing scope, KPIs, SLAs, amendments, claims, risks and renewals.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, margins and commercial exposure; prepare dashboards and performance reports.
• Maintain regular engagement with key stakeholders, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and resolve commercial issues.
• Lead contract renewals, amendments and negotiate commercial terms for extensions and scope enhancements.
• Manage commercial claims and dispute resolution, supporting legal negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, Law or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial Management, Strategic Account Management or Contract Management.
• Experience in aviation, aerospace, defence or other complex technical service industries.
• Proven track record managing high‑value, long‑term service contracts and strategic customer relationships.
• Strong expertise in commercial negotiations and contract governance.
