About the role
Em Sherif Café is hiring experienced Captain Waiters and Head Waiters for its team in Dubai. The role centres on delivering refined, high-quality service in line with the brand's standards.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and deliver a refined dining experience
- Supervise and coordinate service activities within the assigned section
- Guide and support the service team to maintain excellent service standards
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and mise en place
Required profile
- Currently based in Dubai
- Arabic speaker
- Previous experience in refined, upscale restaurants, preferably in Lebanese fine dining
- Professional appearance, attention to detail and a passion for hospitality
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of fine-dining service standards
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
