About the role
The Head Waiter at Nobu by the Beach will lead the dining floor, ensuring impeccable fine‑dining service and creating a welcoming first impression for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, establishing a professional and friendly rapport.
- Monitor food and beverage consistency, escalating major issues to management.
- Provide specialist advice on menu items and promotional activities.
- Support colleagues on the floor to maintain high service standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high‑volume restaurant role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and dealing with diverse clientele.
