Health and Safety Advisor

About the role

Transguard Group is seeking a proactive Health and Safety Advisor to join its HSE team in Dubai. You will lead the development and implementation of the Health & Safety Management System across our worksites, ensuring compliance with international standards and fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the HSE Management System in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments at all sites.
• Prepare and update HSE documentation for new sites and ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, and support client audits as required.
• Provide technical guidance on health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental matters to business units.
• Deliver HSE awareness and job‑specific training sessions.
• Manage permit‑to‑work systems and verify safe work procedures.
• Perform building safety assessments and site visits to TG accommodations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in health, safety, environmental or HSE advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and local HSE regulations.
• Ability to develop guidelines, conduct audits and lead training initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, internal teams and regulatory bodies.
