About the role
Urgently required for a reputable health‑care sector in the UAE, the Health Care Assistant will support patients and health‑care professionals by assisting with daily patient care, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, and helping the facility run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ condition to nurses or doctors.
- Take and record basic observations such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen levels, where trained and authorized.
- Support patients with personal hygiene and comfort.
- Assist with transferring and positioning patients safely.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Prepare patient rooms and ensure equipment and areas are clean and safe.
- Assist nurses and other health‑care professionals with routine tasks.
- Follow infection‑control, health‑and‑safety, and patient‑confidentiality procedures.
