Health Center Manager

About the role

SEHA is looking for an experienced and dynamic Health Center Manager to lead the operations of its clinics across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The manager provides strategic and operational leadership, ensuring high-quality patient care while improving the performance and efficiency of the assigned facility.

Key responsibilities

• Drive clinic operational performance and achieve quarterly and annual business objectives
• Analyze outcomes to find improvement opportunities and implement standardized management practices under SEHA policies and regulations
• Ensure compliance with SEHA, HAAD, quality standards, KPIs and legislative requirements
• Build relationships with physicians, consultants, hospitals, insurance companies and other stakeholders
• Lead local marketing and business development, and enhance patient experience and clinic reputation
• Oversee quality and risk management programs
• Manage and develop clinic staff, including onboarding, performance management, training, coaching and succession planning
• Promote effective communication and problem-solving across departments

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Management, a clinical degree or another relevant field, or a diploma with 3 years of additional experience
• A Master's degree in a relevant field is desirable
