Healthcare Project Manager

About the role

Ntigra AI Applications and Services is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑driven revenue cycle management solutions for provider organizations. This full‑time hybrid position is based in Dubai and combines on‑site collaboration with remote work flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for AI‑based healthcare technology implementations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including technical, product, operations, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with scope and quality objectives.
• Lead requirements gathering, workflow documentation, solution configuration, and testing activities.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests while providing clear communication to all stakeholders.
• Monitor project KPIs, analyze performance data, and produce regular status reports.
• Support client training, change management, and post‑implementation continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience with planning, scheduling, risk management, and multi‑team coordination.
• Background in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or EMR/RCM systems.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Data‑driven decision‑making mindset with experience monitoring KPIs.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or regulated software implementation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification is a plus.
