About the role

The Heart Of House Specialist – Stewarding supports the smooth operation of our hotel by ensuring all kitchen, food‑and‑beverage and laundry areas are clean, safe and ready for guests. You will work across multiple departments, handling dishware, linen and cleaning equipment while upholding our high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining and laundry areas according to hotel standards.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, linen washers and dryers.
• Transport dishware and linens throughout the property efficiently.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures and uniform guidelines.

Required profile

• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and to bend, twist, stoop and reach overhead.
• No prior experience or formal education required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional workplace.
