Heavy Bus Driver for Employee Transportation

About the role

Arada is seeking a Heavy Bus Driver to safely transport employees and authorized passengers between designated locations while ensuring the vehicle remains in good operating condition and complies with UAE traffic laws.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company heavy buses on assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely pick‑up and drop‑off of employees.
• Conduct daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, checking brakes, tires, lights, oil, coolant and other essential systems.
• Maintain accurate trip records, mileage, fuel usage and vehicle inspection reports.
• Coordinate with the Transport Supervisor on route changes, delays or breakdowns.
• Assist passengers during boarding and alighting and ensure passenger safety throughout the journey.
• Park the bus safely after each trip and handle emergency situations according to company procedures.

Required profile

• Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving Licence (Category 6 or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of heavy bus driving experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes and traffic regulations.
• Physically fit, able to work flexible rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Clean and safe driving record.
