Holiday Specialist - Travel & Tourism

About the role

Yarish Travel and Tourism is looking for a full-time, permanent Holiday Specialist in Dubai. The role centres on generating new holiday enquiries and developing repeat and referral business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new holiday enquiries and actively develop repeat and referral business.
• Understand customer budgets and preferences to recommend suitable destinations.
• Create customised itineraries and accurately cost holiday packages.
• Coordinate with hotels, destination management companies and other suppliers.
• Prepare quotations with clear inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms.
• Follow up on enquiries, close bookings and achieve agreed sales and gross-profit targets.
• Coordinate reservations and support customers before, during and after travel.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of relevant holiday sales and package-planning experience.
• Strong destination knowledge and itinerary-building skills.
• Experience in supplier coordination, costing and booking management.
• Able to handle holiday enquiries independently from quotation to completion.
• Strong English communication, sales and customer service skills.
• UAE travel market experience preferred.
