Holidays Consultant

About the role

The Holidays Consultant designs and manages travel experiences for both groups and individual clients. You will coordinate all aspects of tour packages, from transportation and accommodation to activities and visa services, ensuring a seamless and memorable journey.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage inbound and outbound tour packages, including transport, accommodation, activities, UAE visa and related services.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, transport providers, and tour operators to guarantee high‑quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient arrangements.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities, such as attending trade shows and events.
• Stay informed about local tourism attractions, industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide outstanding customer service, answering queries, offering advice, and resolving issues during trips.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours and on weekends if required.
