HoReCa Sales Executive

About the role

Careers International is looking for an experienced HoReCa Sales Executive to join its team in the UAE. The ideal candidate has previous experience in the Hotels, Restaurants and Catering industry, strong connections, excellent communication skills and a proven sales track record. Proficiency in Hindi and English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the HoReCa sector, including hotels, restaurants and catering companies.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Identify market trends, customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads and close deals.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts with clients.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions and market feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in the UAE HoReCa industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network and existing relationships within the foodservice industry.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Hindi and English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Arabic is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and be results-driven.
