Hospitality Receptionist – Guest Services

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Receptionist and be the first friendly face guests encounter. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences while delivering the warmth and light of hospitality that defines the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm welcome by greeting guests, completing check‑in, verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance.
• Process guest departures efficiently, verify charges, handle payments, issue receipts and operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive information about hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local area attractions to assist guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel amenities and services using up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage messages and communications effectively.
