About the role
Felicita UAE is seeking candidates for three hospitality positions: Toilet Attendant, Reservation Agent, and Senior Waiter/Waitress. These full‑time roles are based in Abu Dhabi and offer a monthly salary ranging from AED 2,000 to AED 5,000.
Key responsibilities
- Toilet Attendant: maintain cleanliness and hygiene of restroom facilities throughout the venue.
- Reservation Agent: handle guest bookings, manage reservation software, and provide accurate information to callers and walk‑ins.
- Senior Waiter/Waitress: supervise service staff, ensure high‑quality guest service, and coordinate order delivery.
Required profile
- Mid‑level experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work both genders and flexible schedules.
Required skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (for Reservation Agent).
- Food and beverage service skills (for Senior Waiter/Waitress).
