About the role
The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests in the All Day Dining restaurant, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth seating experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, determine party size and seat them at clean, available tables.
- Pull out chairs, place menus, and ensure each setting includes napkins, silverware and any required items.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, follow clean‑as‑you‑go procedures and keep menus current.
- Monitor dining room for seating availability, safety and guest well‑being.
- Adhere to company safety policies, report incidents and maintain a professional appearance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
