Hostess – Guest Service at Luxury Resort

About the role

Join Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort as a Hostess, delivering warm and professional guest interactions in a luxury hospitality environment. You will be the first point of contact for restaurant guests, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth, timely service.
• Adhere to all hotel policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, maintaining an inviting front of house.
• Prepare and check tables for cleanliness and proper setting before guests arrive.
• Provide accurate information on restaurant and hotel services.
• Collect guest feedback and address issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Assist cashiers during breaks and support service staff as needed.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and disciplined personal grooming.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and knowledge of reservation policies.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and hotel services.
• Ability to maintain a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
