About the role
The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests at The Abu Dhabi EDITION, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth seating experience. You will manage table arrangements, maintain dining area cleanliness, and support guests throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, determine party size, and escort them to clean, prepared tables.
- Set tables with current menus, napkins, silverware, and any required items.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, safety, and guest well‑being.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas using clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
- Follow company safety, security, and uniform policies; report incidents promptly.
- Answer telephone calls with professional etiquette and support team goals.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
- Professional appearance and ability to maintain confidentiality.
