About the role
The Hostess (Guest Service Expert) creates memorable dining experiences for guests at Le Meridien in Dubai. You will set tables, coordinate with the kitchen, serve guests, and maintain clean work areas, ensuring every interaction feels part of the overall experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and respond to guest needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas, including handling supplies and equipment.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance, and moving around the venue safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related hospitality experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
