Hostess – Luxury Resort Dining

About the role

Join the Bulgari Resort Dubai team as a Hostess, providing a warm and professional first impression for guests in a world‑class luxury setting. You will be the face of the dining experience, ensuring smooth seating and exceptional service throughout the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine party size, and escort them to clean, prepared tables.
• Arrange chairs, place menus, and verify that each setting includes a napkin, silverware, and any required items.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, following clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
• Monitor seating availability, safety, and overall guest well‑being.
• Adhere to company safety, security, and uniform standards.
• Answer telephone calls with proper etiquette and assist guests with any inquiries.
• Support team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
