About the role
The Hotel Manager acts as the strategic business leader of the Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal property, stepping in as General Manager when required. This senior position oversees all operational areas, ensuring the brand’s service standards, guest satisfaction, and financial performance are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities
- Lead profitability and departmental budgets, monitoring financial reports against targets.
- Maintain an atmosphere across all departments that enhances the guest experience.
- Allocate capital expenditure funds in line with the service strategy.
- Collaborate with Executive Committee members and department heads to improve financial performance and resolve operational challenges.
- Drive revenue growth while preserving profit margins and employee satisfaction.
Required profile
- 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field + 8 years of relevant management experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields + 6 years of experience.
