Housekeeping Assistant – Full‑time

About the role

Join the enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina as a Housekeeping Assistant. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, contributing to a memorable stay for business and leisure travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive work assignments, keys and supplies, and sign the key log accurately.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe surfaces, and empty ashtrays and wastebaskets.
• Make beds, clean sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, floors, and polish brass and metal fixtures.
• Replenish bathroom and room supplies, tidy guest toiletries, and spot‑clean carpets as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, service pantries and service areas.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately.
• Coordinate with valet service for guest laundry, dry‑cleaning or pressing requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role within a four‑ or five‑star hotel or comparable environment.
• Ability to work with multicultural teams and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail, quality‑oriented and able to meet high performance standards.
• Capable of multitasking, meeting deadlines and following hotel policies and procedures.
