Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Nour Arjaan by Rotana in Fujairah. The role involves delivering exceptional guest service through meticulous cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Receive work assignments, keys and supplies from the supervisor and record them accurately.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, beds, floors, mirrors, and furnishings.
• Maintain clear fire exits and stairways, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets, and spot‑clean carpets as needed.
• Replenish bathroom and room supplies and arrange guest toiletries neatly.
• Keep corridors, service pantries and service areas tidy at all times.
• Remove room‑service trays and trolleys, and coordinate with valet service for guest laundry requests.

Required profile

• Vocational training in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Friendly, caring, and culturally sensitive with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to follow hotel policies and procedures.
